How often does pricing data update?

The app fetches the latest pricing data from PG&E automatically. Hourly rates are updated in real-time as they become available from PG&E.

How do I set a custom price threshold?

Open the app, tap the Settings button (gear icon), and adjust the "Price Threshold" slider to your desired rate. The app will show when prices cross above or below this threshold.

How do I add the widget to my home screen?

Long-press on your home screen, tap the "+" button in the top left, search for "FleXtricity", select your preferred widget size, and tap "Add Widget".

Which PG&E rate plans are supported?

The app supports all PG&E circuits and rate plans. You can configure your specific circuit ID and rate plan in the Settings.

Does the app collect my personal data?

No. The app does not collect, store, or share any personal information. All settings are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The app isn't showing data. What should I do?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. Try tapping the "Refresh" button. If the issue persists, please contact support.

Can I view pricing for multiple days?

Yes! In Settings, you can select how many days of pricing history to display (1-7 days).
