FleXtricity App ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.

Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. We do not:

• Collect your name, email address, or contact information
• Track your location
• Access your contacts or photos
• Use cookies or tracking technologies
• Share data with third parties
• Display advertisements

Data Storage

All app settings and preferences (such as your selected number of days, price threshold, circuit ID, and rate plan) are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

The App retrieves electricity pricing data from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) through their public API. When you use the App:

• Your device makes direct requests to PG&E's servers to fetch pricing information
• These requests may include your configured circuit ID and rate plan
• We do not track or log these requests
• PG&E's own privacy policy applies to their data services

Home Screen Widgets

The App provides home screen widgets that display electricity pricing information. Widget data is stored locally on your device using App Groups and is never transmitted to external servers.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is designed for general audiences.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App and on this page with an updated effective date.

Your Rights
